There is nothing to like....worst company

Dislikes

Horrible experience, won't pay salary regularly...upon that...they promptly deduct PF &TDS....but won't pay deducted PF...TDS to departments.....no question of growth...people who joins will forget all things what they have learnt.....no value for experience.... Better to sit at home instead of joining this company

Only that they provide free lunch for staff.

Dislikes

Pay is less , gives less salary than mention in contract, deductions of PF is made but not crediting it to employees PF account , lot of unwanted politics , deductions of salary without any supporting reasons.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
