Even males are not safe. - As long as you're there on the client site, you will never get fired. Do whatever pleases you.

When one quarter payment is hold from client then your appraisal is also on hold and if manager said “ kl se mt aana” then company have no response. HR team also not responding.

Depends upon the manager whom we are working with,if manager is good everything will be fine.

Appraisals we not given much at an average 8% is the maximum we can get annually.Apprisal will happen in March but it will come effective from August salary month.This is very terrible.
