Their is no more work in night shift, if you got good team then everything is good.

Dislikes

No salary growth, if you got offer from another company then only you get hike. If you think I performed well then I got good hike, my dear friend you thinking totally wrong. Some management people not have basic knowledge what is going on they want only export in .csv format. Female employees trated like queen, and male employees they does not care. Manager ki chato ge toh apka bhala nahi toh sajah.

Nothing to mention no perks no hr policy no salary

Dislikes

Everything. i worked for a year there .No help from HR or adminstration or management during pandemic deducted more than 50% of salary. Didnt provide laptop or system have to use own system. people who are working there for more than 10 years will make your life miserable .

Pros: 1. Good Worklife Balance, 2. Job Security Cons: If you are a fresher don't join this company, they give very less salary to fresher and also hikes do not happen yearly.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is bad. Very congested

For freshers, it is good company to learn new technology as well as ro work in live environment within the same month from the joining.

Great for learning payment gateway modules like Merchant onboarding, Reconciliation, Settlement, Interchange, Accounting etc.

Dislikes

Appraisals and promotion takes lot of time(years). Also salary not upto market standard

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
