Compensation and benefits policies are weak. It is taking lots of time to decide Can we release fund to appreciate employee's performance or not. We should appreciate employee's performance. We should give them reward and award. Every year Promotion or increment policies should be fix.

ISG is a pioneer in digital banking transaction reconciliation and is reputed in the Industry. Job security is most attractive to work with ISG.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal is not regular and not up to the satisfactory. Reimbursements and claims are also not settled properly.

Great for learning payment gateway modules like Merchant onboarding, Reconciliation, Settlement, Interchange, Accounting etc.

Appraisals and promotion takes lot of time(years). Also salary not upto market standard

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary hike is very slow. Increment always occurred in every 2 to 3 years. After increment also need to accept 1 year of bond.
