Dislikes

Management expects employee to be a robot who has to be productive every minute and asks status every hour on the progress of work. The work environment is very toxic and micro managed. Management should understand that we are professional employees and not kindergarteners that needs monitoring every hour. The leaves should be approved as per requirement by employee and not as per convenience of management. May not be all but my manager, doesn't have any knowledge on the work we do in team and just acts like a postman between higher management and team members. Just pressuring employees will not give results and this organisation should understand that.

I have joined insightsoftware on Sep 2022 and it’s been a year but so far I could say I didn’t see any major things that I can say as not good. So far all looking good 👍

Amazing people, amazing team and good management that understands the importance of work life balance. The work is also a little challenging which is nothing but a plus and combining it with great team makes it even better.

Dislikes

Nothing much right now, but it’ll be a lot better if there are more team building activities like team lunches and other activities as most the teams work remotely

Dislikes

Micromanagement, no job security, they will hire and fire without reason. Many team mates were asked to leave. Company don't have vision and keep on acquiring startups.
