I got paid on time.

Dislikes

Recruiters are chronically dishonest. They use and abuse their employees and won't even give you the courtesy of a 2 week notice. On the contrary they actually lie on Friday assuring you the contract will be extended then on Saturday tell you not to show up for Monday. Ridiculous timelines. Staffing with incompetent developers. Literally they make the possible impossible. And they are below market with their reimbursement.

The hiring process was fast and there weren't too many rounds of interviews.

Dislikes

Toxic culture. Very unprofessional. Bad account management. Poor communication. Willfully misleading and dishonest. The least capable and least professional consulting firm that I have worked with in over two decades of Fortune 100 consulting.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
