1. Seniors are lazy & don't work so new person has to do entire work. 2. QA/QC department work culture is worst and don't have enough manpower to work so create extreme pressure. 3. Company believe in get work like blood sucking parasite and very bad politics in quality department. 4. Don't join in quality department. If you are fresher then it's good to learn at initial level. 5. If you are just setting at home then just join but don't do sign any bond for 2or 3 years.

Nothing. Work culture depends individual relationship. Salary depends on how you closer relative of management. No training just formalities.

Dual behaviour of Hod level management to their bottom level team. I don’t know why such kind of politics need to play by HOD in every department? Nowadays in this worst time and culture of company, they need to focus on building of team at bottom level rather than doing politics and break the team. This is really serious issues because company is already facing shortages of skill manpower and nobody is showing interest. “ Once you hire personal at upper level with out having management skills and having political mindset in that case you entire system get collapsed and bottom level employees always finding another jobs due to poor leadership at upper management “

Some of unit have good working culture but you will never learn technical anything you have just do work like donkey.... No matter if you are employee or not .... Manegement is third class & irregular responsibility. No any employee satisfaction. Work is more important than your life and family issues....do not join company I think company already know they are third class that's why sign a bond for everyone 😂

Poor leadership of middle level management and exploit and blood sucking of shop level engineers. Final outcome is engineers are in frustrated and anxiety mode due to failure of operational control and proper scheduling of work. Nowadays it feels that if management executives will maintain the same attitude like rude, arrogant and disrespectful behaviour with colleagues then company will loose huge manpower those know about cryogenic.
