I had good team at field but company didn't care about them.

No increament for more than 3 years, salary lag of 4 months when I left the company, also no training culture. Moreover work like a labour. There is no induction training for employees on field just join the company and meet with the department heads if they have time to meet you otherwise just go to work on from the first day.

... our country. I'm highly disappointed the way they are treating their employees. Salary delayed for more than 4 months or more there is no date for salary even they are not releasing fnf for the employees who left the organization. All this because the owner diverted public and invester money into their account highly toxic and unethical company not recommended even they offer you on 200% hike.

If you want to Time Pass without salary then you do. Please do not go this company and their parents company, it’s very third class company

...shows the management of the organisation but it will not address your problems . Salary is delayed by more than 90 days .growth is nil if any one tells u work hard u will get better results don't listen to that .politics very much prevails.
