Working here from more than 5 years, played different roles by learning some good things with Management Support. The main positive thing is, Inovar is a friendly environment company. It will give first priority to Employee choice. Very good place for the people who are interested to learn. Even though it is a start up, mostly providing the benefits almost like a MNC Company. CEO & Other Management people are friendly. On time salary, good hikes & Promotions. Fun Fridays, Team Outings, Games(Cricket, wallyball, etc), Awards etc. Even CEO participates very actively for these games. Management & CEO are supportive. Flexible timings, Hybrid model(WFH) Supports to learn new things with our interest. Working on New Tech stack

Dislikes

1. I observed Variable Pay is bit High. 2. Finance team are not giving proper information about Tax calculations 3. For most of the questions some people in Sr. Management don't have answers, they are asking time for 2 days. 4. No "Gratuity" in Inovar. This must be added. Very less people will serve long for start up companies. Everybody will learn and move. So, the people who stayed for long they must deserve Gratuity.

Nothing that pops up in my head. In this recession period and heavy competitive market, I wish Inovar tech all the very best to gain more clients and maintain up trajectory

...ive culture. They even reinvent the company outings from the norm. Very less salaries and heavy variable to ensure the CEO saves money on early exits and that he doesn’t have to pay variable. The CEO creates a growth plan out of a power point that’s pointless because it’s not backed by strategy or a growth initiative. It’s just lip service to keep the workforce busy. If you’re serious about growth and good earning potential stay away from this company.

Worst HR leadership team. HR lacks awareness of basic processes and basic skills. Every time we hear "I don't know and will get back to you" and finally no response at all. Very poor management skills. HR Team delegates responsibility to other teams as they don't know to manage. Leadership team won't be in the office if CEO is not in office. The company is no more a 'Family'
