Even though the company is new but the way they have set up themselves in the market is really commendable. I've been following them when they had just 400 followers on LinkedIn and now they stand tall with 50k community in just 2-3 months and this just shows their perseverance and it was just one of the examples, there are so many things worth appreciating. You'll definitely grow here buddy! The peopls are amazing here :)

I'd say the workload but again you can communicate with your manager to reduce it but I just love learning new things so I'm taking it as an opportunity.

I have had the pleasure of working at InOrg, and it has been a highly rewarding experience. The company's emphasis on collaboration has made my every day fulfilling. The supportive atmosphere here has not only encouraged my professional growth but has given me the work-life balance due to the permanent work from home policy. Not to forget, we have No Vacation Policy that means you can literally take time off as needed but yes of course, you have to inform your manager so that work wouldn't be compromised. I can go on and I definitely recommend InOrg Global as Best Place to Work.
