They will hire the engineers very eagerly but they won't get you projects. Sometimes they might be hired as permanent but they will ask you to resign in middle due yo lack of projects. They have kindness they don't even provide you Severance package or compensation also. Immediately they will ask you to resign or else they will threaten you with blackmail like we don't give you experience certificate and who ever hired some people might be working for long time because of managerial roles since they don't have projects for them also it's tricky to sustain.

Dislikes

Waste of joining organization they will attract you with high salary but nk job guarantee.

Company gives you lot of opportunities to work individually and showcase your skillset. Work from home is a benefit Supportive people

Dislikes

Company works on delivery basis for Plant Engineering and expanding its avenue for full-scale job

Flexible working hours, work from home option , Management is interested in improving

Mostly work like a man power supply company . Need to improve on following. 1) improve or provide training 2) need to spend and develop company resources including software 3) need to improve on job security

Good company as far as I see for now. Good work life balance. Great leadership team and constant Support for everyone.

Nothing to mention here. I just joined 2 months ago. So will not to able to discuss further.

From day one, I felt a strong sense of co-operation and collaboration within the team. The management team has been proactive in addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth remote work environment. The company's commitment to employee's satisfaction and teamwork has been the highlight. Currently, I am enjoying and liking it.

As of now, I haven't encountered any dislikes during my time at Inoptra Digital.
