10% of my salary was withheld according to the company policy. This is done every year. It was credited back to me after completing 1 year and it was called as bonus in my payslip. Very weird policy these guys follow. Lack of core domain projects. Only RPA projects. Odd shift timings, if you work in the support project, you will be working 10+ hours every single day. If the company is doing good, these guys do not give out any "BONUS" above and beyond the on paper CTC. You will only get what you have on papers. Biased rewards and recognition. Basically you need to be a YES man/woman to be recognized.

They work you to the bone and assign you to multiple project at the same time, salary hikes are ridiculous and the hold back a percentage of your salary every year

When I joined they had variety of work. Got good learning through projects. They encourage people to learn. Good way of giving appreciations for the good work done.

They are good with you when you are working on a project and that's helping them to earn When they have lesser work they will through people out No Job security Dirty politics is played to target people in meetings whom they want to remove Lot of un-necessary attitude will be shown to people who resign Recently, Existing Employees were forced to provide good reviews of the company and send the screenshot of proof to company. which is very weird and dirty politics to save the image of the company.

Working with US clients like Synopsys was a great experience. But they removed talented people and kept hem limited within their talks and do not share the things to higher authorities. One day I had included CEO in mail, but they rusticated and indulged me out of Innowise despite of my sincere work!

If you have ambition to grow your knowledge and put your efforts then this is a right company to work. HR and Company Policies are far much better as compare to other companies where i worked previously.
