I have working for more 6 year at innowave It Infrastructre Ltd and it has been and enriching and learning experience for me. They trust responsibility and trust you very early it helped me to hone my abilities to what it is today.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

Salary date is not fixed in the month, mostly it is after 15th. Appraisal is a myth. There is too much politics in the management & it spoils all the moral of the team. HR department also don't work on your request until & unless management gives an approval to it.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Looking at my performance and willingness to learn new things, company offered me the position of Database Administrator and provided me the training and guidance of SQL but after that as I have to move out of India with my husband so have to quit the job. But I want to appreciate the thing, project manager search the talent and grow them as per company needs.

Dislikes

I learned a lot there but as a fresher I have been paid with very less salary. One can not survive in big city with minimum salary.

Worked on basics of networking and also hardware of PC . I am working within team, so team work will help to build more professionally in working environment.

Dislikes

I would say there is no compensation, no job security,career growth is very slow,no appraisal/ increament since last 1.5 yrs, no other benefits like transport facilities, no additional training program etc
