a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

If asked from my side there is no any positive side to add with innovision until unless the centre of innovision is closer to your house so that you can easily pass your time.

Dislikes

Salary problem,No job security,work environment is different at everywhere so i can't say about environment.

If one can focus on career growth,then it's not a good company.its a company taking care of govt project.hence the salary is not credited properly.also they didn't provide proper salary slip.no pressure in work.frendly atmosphere

... fixed date for salary.some times salary is credited before 15 the of the month.some times there is salary cutting.they did provide proper salary slip.this is my experience with innovision for 2 year.i didn't get my experience certificate also.
