No fixed process. One person handles two or three projects. Lobby baji. Oiling n buttering policy. There are lobbies of Christians anlo indians n nepalis. No Hindu or bengalis had their priority. Fixed night shift. Partiality are the most powerful thing in this company.

Hikes are good. Timely salary. Pick and drop available. Good working atmosphere.

Managers and management don't value your efforts. No thought about employee mind set. No emotions no appreciations for individual efforts. Job can be terminated at any given time. Managers are blunt towards employees.

The organization has a good work-life balance, and I am allowed to work from home for an entire week if necessary, Manager is good and colleagues are supportive.
