:- For Project management there is not any extra benefit except salary. :- Generally all projects on Saturday / Sunday where there is not any over time amount paid , Only Comp off Generated, :- No Incentive for Project management candidate. :- Company need to Payment software for smooth Vendors payment.

The only good thing about working at Innovatiview is they pay good even to freshers however when you will see the work its almost like doing double shift and getting paid for single shift.

There is so much to dislike about working at Innovatiview, let me give you a list: 1. No Process Improvement 2. No Work-Life Balance 3. Incompetent Seniors 4. Egoistic Management 5. Poor HR 6. Toxic Work Culture 7. No Work Prioritization 8. Poor Work Planning 9. Poor Work Ethics You will find the company good till the time you hit the floor, If you are a person who dodge your work and do ego messages then its for you! If you really want to grow in your life and learn about work ethics, process planning then I would say you are going to wrong place.

Some managers are Faminist and only supports to their reference candidates while appraisal, and when it comes to work shift all burdne and responsiblities of negative done on their juniors and non refrence candidates. In time is fixed as per managers and no leaving time.

Dislike no. 1: Fake promises to clients and employees. Salary always late and most of the time for 3months continuously they are not paying salaries. Dislike no. 2: All the positive feedback here is written by HR team, they hired few only for this work Dislike no. 3: All the senior management are relatives so TYPICAL LALA COMPANY OF MITTALS AND AGARWAL Dislike no. 4: Sales Head Mr. Udit is having 0 sense of work and looks like fool when talking with govt. customers. Do you need more reasons of dislike to understand its a company of fraudsters.
