Best place to work. Best work life balance for any men or women who are married especially and peaceful work culture but salary and hike for people who have worked there from a long time gets paid the least when compared to new employees. So salary and hike for old employees is too bad.

... years together hike is too less and package is too low when compared to the IT market, they don't increase the salary to market standards even after so many years working

Nothing is to be like here, they are not paying salary after delivering your work as well, and they are very rude.

Much importance are given to family, health, and environment. There had been open and honest communication from the beginning. Very positive work environment. There is flexibility in work timings. People are really good.

Innovatia is good for starters and mid experience people.. If you got an opportunity to work as Avaya TAC dont miss it. Here you dont have certain limitations to access or learn.
