Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

...t is adequately equipped to get resources for tasks to be performed efficiently. The compensation and benefits are good but some of the unique perks add to the job satisfaction. The work-life balance is valued and in general, efforts are made to ensure a healthy balance.

Not much if work is completed on time. It's fun to be a part of IVL and for sure learning will be at its best.

As a fresher you will get more opportunities to learn sap and develop your skills, aswell there is job security and client facing roles.

Dislikes

Join this company only if you are from kerala or keralite mentality, the salary they will provide is barely minimum. Aswell after sending you to client locations they won't pay you onsite allowance or travelling allowance. At last getting salary hike is very difficult aswell they won't pay your last salary.
