They harass their former employees by filing incorrect salary credit in tax forms. I have been trying to reach out to them but they haven't even acknowledged my mails. Worst company to work for.

...e. Almost feels like a flat hierarchy. Great learning especially for freshers. Competitive salary.

No clear vision and product roadmap change frequently. Work-life balance is not always guaranteed.

Even after becoming a unicorn, Spineless in front of clients/customer, every customer issue is by default a critical issue and it is termed as customer obsession. Extremely volatile vision. Organizational structure is a mess. No mentoring/guidance. Low risk apetite of employees. Highly insecure environment. Leadership is very reactive in nature, Meetings are useless, leadership dont even join meetings or if joins then no participation in products apart from the vintage 2-3 products. Engineering team understaffed and have high attrition rate. Few reporting managers wont even take interest in what you are owning even though you report them, they will not have an inch of information about what you own, they take interest only in the services they already know and have worked in the past

...th lots of learning opportunities. Seniors guide and support the team very well. Nice structure for payoffs and a great company in terms of pay hikes.

Along with the salary, the facilities and amenities are amazing. One more good thing was job security, which is also lacking nowadays in many companies. I can say this is one of the best companies for long-term work.
