The CXOs are clueless about the direction they want the company to move forward. You can do the hardest work in the firm but still have no actual impact.

you can observe that reviews which has 5 stars are from the higher managements or from hr as they want to balance the feedback. but the. real scenario is quite terrible. Managers are worst, no learning , no upskilling nothing. Only they put terrible pressure on you and destroy your work life balance. they call you on weekend ask you to come to office on every weekends else we will put you on pip or fire you. stay late at night in office till 3 and complete task and many more....Read More
