The work life balance is good and the working hours are flexible.

Dislikes

The salary hikes are inadequate and the experienced salaries are not aligned with market standards. There is a lack of recognition and appreciation for the work done. Cost-cutting measures are excessive, even for basic needs. Opportunities to learn new technologies or rotation between projects are minimal. Complaints are not taken seriously if it involves key resources, they are are even allowed to disregard corporate ethics. While the initial package may seem attractive, the subsequent hikes are so low that even the employees with 5-10 years of experience feel stuck.

Internal politics for hikes,promotions No rewards & recognition You need to strech/extend for 3 to 4 hours daily Work culture is bad To many Followups to be done So much of client involvement in every aspect of daily routine Too much of Calls like a call center

Nothing. No benefits, no job security and no work life balance. Please do not join this company.

Dislikes

...y. You have to work atleast 12-14 hrs daily and also on weekends. Worst culture. No benefit no good salary. No client based project.

...y taking work out of their employees. No appraisal or even appreciation of work. there is no name of bonus at all. The team lead and managers were from same state so they took benefit from others by only giving work to others and not doing anything themselves. Very poor work environment.

There is No variables pay. Work life balance based on the client. Every month last you will get salary.

Dislikes

No matter how you perform you will get poor rating, for name sake they have first rating but no is eligible to get it. Hike % also Below market standards. No proper allowance for on call support. Benifits wise no parental insurance coverage, LTA is just 25k per year allowed regardless of your title upto L5 band. Last but not least when you leave this organisation they will ask you to return all the assets including the laptop bag, so please think twice before you join. No bonus for diwali or any festival not even a sweet box just you will get happy diwali, christmas message in email. You will get nothing like other companies. No recreation space like TT, carom or any games to relax. No referral bonus policy previous it was 1lakh and now it's just 3k-5k max. Full of politics and so on......
