This should be your last option to join, and read all documents carefully before joining. 8. If you are joining then ask for 50%-100% hike because you will not get any appraisal later on.

...y taking work out of their employees. No appraisal or even appreciation of work. there is no name of bonus at all. The team lead and managers were from same state so they took benefit from others by only giving work to others and not doing anything themselves. Very poor work environment.

Good compensation on joining, you always are busy and have some work on table, but nothing stressful.

Increments can be better, no direct discussions based on increments monetory number, only performance review discussion happens. Skills improve gradually, but depends on project really.
