There is no job security and bench policy is too bad..only 1st month they give full salary..after they cut the salary.. mostly they maintain payroll /staffing company . Currently management also not good . And bench we need to come daily office ...and they cut salary every month some amount if we have a project also ....if we ask they r tell more stories...

Nothing much for employees.

... after joining. Company perfomance linked deductions of 5% from past 1.2 years. No hikes will be given here instead salary deduction is done. Managers will force you to leave the company, they does not support you at all. No team dinners. Poor Management.

Clients are good, you can work as an external employee to companies like Microsoft. Average in work culture, Job security, Policies

Needs to attend client interviews for getting a project in 90% cases. Below average salary compared to market. Company policies on hikes is not good. Very very less to no benefits/perks

As it is service based company, you have work only when you have projects. Salary Hikes are less, Work pressure is more to meet the deadlines. All the new technologies to be learnt on our own, no guidance from seniors. More preference is given to employees who are close to management. Carrier growth is less as one may not get any training on learning new things apart, only assigned work.

As a fresher you join at innominds. You learn a lot about technology.They will give opportunity to learn everything. Luxurious work culture and cool mentors...If your fast learner you will be taken best pic for project s..I worked in security practice s. The kind of knowledge you gained here 100% gives you job security here or even outside.great sense of humor Ed managers.

Less salary for freshers..for experienced they enjoy more.
