Dislikes

They are unbelievably unprofessional. Their contracts don't mean anything. They deduct and readjust the pay whenever they want. I worked as a freelancer here, and my teammates and I had to send our invoices repeatedly to get the bare minimum salary. They still haven't paid for the last month. Moreover, they deducted the amount from the actual invoices without any prior notice.

...life balance was average. Managers, Team leaders and all employees were polite . Basically it was a satisfied job with average salary.

Dislikes

But there is no job security. They hired at very short term employment then there is no gurantee they will offer permanent job to you or not even if you worked very hard with dedication and give all the quality time to their work as priority.

Helpful for Fresher's for their Learning Experience. Work culture is good. Staff, Managers are helpful and Kind. Team bonding is good. If you are From BPT,BDS,MPT background then it's much worth job for you as a fresher. He/she earns a lot ! .

Only and only One thing that affect it's overall Rating is *Bad Policy in Salary* Same work but different salary for different background Like Pharma as compared to BPT,BDS,MPT. Low increment. Otherwise secure JOB for Females.

...ndidates to cleare the backlogs and then fire them when backlogs are clear. 2) Salary is always on time but They will hold OT and Incentive without any proper reason and if you ask why is it on hold they will not clearify you. If you ask too much then you will be in the next Fire list. 3) They will force you to login for OT and did not pay you the desired amount which is promised. OT was delayed 5-6 Months for my many friends. 4) If you leave the company they will not give you experience letter on time and even they will make too much excuses and not pay your F&F. 5) Appraisal is 2-3% every year. If You will compare with your salary it will be 800-1500 or 1800 max per year fixed increments even you have 4-5 rating. 6) If they promote you to next level then they will force you to work on same salary or without increament.

I like the work culture and environment. You can make good money by doing overtime.

Dislikes

They don’t recruit good candidate instead they select the person who will take less salary. No transparency in selection process.
