I have more than 10 years of experience in developing software, so the work I am doing here is normal. The domain I am working on is new. Any challenges I face is quickly resolved. The tech team head is always available on call. Regular white board sessions are held to ensure the team keeps up with the work. Overall, I am happy for the position.

Friendly Environment and they gave more benefits to employees, I liked when they appreciate Employees effort and presenting some useful products to the employee. which make other employees to do their work sincerely to get the appreciation and rewards from the management.

The office is like a family environment. Work related issues are supported by my colleagues and seniors. I got trained java and flutter frameworks easily, now can deliver with confidence, thanks to my supportive and friendly team. The management is very approachable.

All my team members and members of management here are very approachable and accessible. I don't feel too much pressure to deliver as the team is very supportive and helpful. All weekends are totally off unless something very important so work life balance is good .
