BA explain developer about logic thinks developer like type master. They would not accept your code just follow the way they have designed without emphasizing on OOPS Or Pattern Or Domain. No discussion about the requirements. Just insert update delete without thinking the scope of requirement. Main US manager follows strong pattern and domain and thinks really like strong developer. Bangalore manager is good guy except he thinks the technology he has not used are sitty. I am not alone who felt this I talked to multiple developer in the company they have same issue. Except very thing was very good. It was great except self satisfaction with your own work.

...ll freedom to choose your technology and work with as per own comfortability. Salary and appraisal are very good. The work culture is nice and friendly.

Everything is Good. Supportive team, managers are very helping. Partnership, Leadership everything is Good. Payroll HR is a very helping person.

I like work-life balance, work environment here where preference is given and learning better technologies and self improvement. Its product based company we get to work for development from the beginning stage. Salary increment is also good and appraisal is done according to your work no politics
