HR is extremely unresponsive, failing to address concerns or provide support when needed. Shockingly, they even block employees’ numbers, making it impossible to reach them and further isolating employees from the help they might need. Overall, this company lacks transparency, respect, and basic employee support systems. For anyone looking for a workplace that values its people, I would advise steering clear.

...t's like a broker they earn commission from the employees. it's a fraud company. They didn't give my 21 days salary. Request to all don't join this company. All the InKnowTech members are doing fraud with employees.

We should have rating 0 instead of giving 1 star. The company is fraud. If they don't want to pay the employee salary. They act like manager give leave next hr warning email unauthorised absence that would be last email your manager call and say terminated. Worst company ever
