Managment is horrible, they will remove the people especially who is going on maternity leave, they think why we have to pay 6 months salary, who works hard this is not the right place, and the manager Vivek, never ever support the team members, he doesn't know how to communicate with team members that is very silly about him. They literally fire the people because of the salary. One thing to all the Managment, if you don't have enough budget please don't hire the people, no proper facilities for preganant Women's,

...is restrictive and inflexible, making it difficult to take time off when needed. There’s no overtime compensation, which means employees are often expected to work beyond regular hours without fair compensation. HR is extremely unresponsive, failing to address concerns or provide support when needed. Shockingly, they even block employees’ numbers, making it impossible to reach them and further isolating employees from the help they might need. Overall, this company lacks transparency, respect, and basic employee support systems. For anyone looking for a workplace that values its people, I would advise steering clear.

...t's like a broker they earn commission from the employees. it's a fraud company. They didn't give my 21 days salary. Request to all don't join this company. All the InKnowTech members are doing fraud with employees.

We should have rating 0 instead of giving 1 star. The company is fraud. If they don't want to pay the employee salary. They act like manager give leave next hr warning email unauthorised absence that would be last email your manager call and say terminated. Worst company ever
