Work life balance nill.. Management expect person should be available to work 24 hours.. No holidays Leave policy worries, I experienced most of the times on leave day as well carry laptop, if any issues plan to resolve..

...you also work like that. No work life balance if u have a family dont work here. but if u are bachelor or no job and you have 16 hours of day for salary then go for it and Come here if u dont have any offer from any other company..

I was working as contractor. Though I submitted all approved Timesheets to the HR,I was not paid salary after my work. They simply said Timesheet rejected by client and HRs do not respond to emails or calls. Very worst and fake company ! Contractors / Freelancers beware ! They won't pay you.

...pressure. 4. It was my second job and found environment & career path is great. Increment is also better with decent package. Overall it was my good experience there.

Employees are provided what is needed to succeed, the opportunity to grow, and the company offers a good work/life balance. The company is diverse and provides a great work environment. Good leadership with a detailed plan for the future is in place at INK IT Solutions. The entire team has bought into what is being built here and goals are being hit on a regular basis. I am very excited to see where we are in 3-5 years and beyond.

... candidate perform better, they give recognition and performance rating as well. So the salary and growth depends on one's performance.
