the company is open for NDT(non destructive testing). they will provide all operation like computed testing ,digital destructive testing.

compensation is decent but growth is slow .the work pressures is very high sometimes I have to work 14-24 hours straight in a days as i have to attend clients calls in the evening. They wont give any chance to trainee.

As a technician it's good platform to give me a chance to grow up with great work experience. This opportunity is good for me as a career growth.each and every site has excellent environment to freely work

Working for 12hrs is hectic job, it's hard to balance professional and personal life. But the facilities are great. Timely payment, problem resolving... Its actually a comfort zone, very less chances to push your limits

Promotion is rare. Career growth takes time.

Teammates are good while working they will coordinates very well.

Work pressure is very high and growth is slow. sometimes I have to work 24 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client and office calls in evening and late into night.boss do not value an individuals strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. They don't provide any facility's when we is to go other states.
