Nobody has clear idea about future. While Job security isnt an issue, what we as an individual or organization will be/want to be isnt all that clear. You might see presentations being made about vision. While this seems all hunky-dory, what actually happens doesnt really align with what is said. Very less growth opportunities, especially once you reach a certain level. If you are looking for good growth, make sure you get a clear idea during interview, before you join. Overall opinion i would still say is quite good.

...e always respected and encouraged to pursue your goals. Great Work life balance. Compensations are far better compared to other companies in the market, they will give you min 10% extra compensation of what they have committed for.

I'm talking particularly about the office where i worked and it doesn't represent complete organization. Culture at chennai office was pretty much good, except one thing.. respect for people from other places... Especially if you r non tamil, you kind of have neglect lot of things like they just don't exist.... Else it is great company to work for...

If you are in Engineering department your life will become hell. The senior level will make you to put resign within 2 years. That's politics is you will face here and you will learn some politics as well.

Leadership is pathetic, they don't seem to have any vision for the people and organization, they are busy working for their personal gains, no one should this organization as of now.
