At Ingenx, workload distribution is uneven—some employees have little to no work, while others are overloaded. However, during promotions and appraisals, both are treated the same, regardless of effort or contribution.

Dislikes

The exit process at Ingenx is tough, and resigning employees face unfair treatment from HR as well as Managers

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
