Lucky to be under a responsive and motivating team lead. Job entails both chemical engineering and data science. Work from home ensures work life balance.

For the amount, time and quality of work being done salary is low/average. No benefits like medical insurance.

It has one of the best working culture and work flexibility no compulsion of 8 hours if you complete early you may leave but during project deliveries if not completed task it might lead to work late night

LYB dept dont have good projects and in LYB work is just like 3rd party contract job. Office location ia not good
