Think of all negative reviews before joining. HR pushes their employees to put positive review on the public portals. Initially everything will be good. Most of the employees are freshers or coming from smaller organization hence they don't have idea about how actual SAP firm works. Be ready to get fired anytime without serving the complete notice period.

...s salary hike, ur wife is not at home so go on client site or work extra hours..etc No good salary package. Working in organization with such culture will waste the skills, talent, peace of mind, self-respect in exchange of satisfying the ego's of relatives, power-dynamics, non -logical , unrational thinking..

... they want if they give there 100 percent of efforts, there is so much to learn. In terms of salary, hike and increament well if you are capable enough and you have belief in your skills then company will surely recognise them and give you the hike / increament which you deserve.

Well ,i dont had such experiences which will make me dislike the company. If we say some or other things like politics n all everyone has to face some problems either if it is infrabeat or any other big MNC. That can not define the culture and ethics of company which i like the most in infrabeat.

The work culture at infrabeat is generally good, but it falls short in Ariba department. Employees in this department are required to sign a two year bond due to environment. The culture is reportedly not good. As the result, the average tenure in the Ariba department is around two years.

Think rationally, without being intense, passionate before joining.

Dislikes

The culture is dominated by the certain people i.e high level of groupism, favoritism, inner politics. Non-rational, ill-logical approach in everything. Most of the employees are relatives of each other.. No leave are encashed. There is lots of communication gap from HR, senior managers to the owners. They present incorrect information of employees, work culture, resource in projects etc. in to of owner. Communication is one way (top to down) Not proper documentation, methodology, training to approach projects. Managers i came across were part of organization which are shut down or verge of closing. Most of hiring are freshers or less experience hence are not aware of how the SAP company function. HR takes everything personally hence decision are made based on emotions than logic.
