Dislikes

No Proper Team leader with technical knowledge and salary minimum 1 month delay, working culture is very bad, no job security, poor management, no appraisal, not good company for experience person, doesn't have any much learning or skill development for fresher also, local team must improve the technical knowledge rather than internal politics

I didn’t like anything because, before joining they said something and after joining the situations was different.

Dislikes

They are not supportive. They hire people for less salary and expect more work. I have worked for 2.5 months they didn’t give salary. I suffered a lot. After leaving the company they paid me salary.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
