...y ,you have to be like slave in front of him or else no salry no incentive......you won't get salary on time either 16 or 17 of every next month , no traveling expenses on time nothing if you want to screw your life join there ...many of them left job because of that person so pls pls pls think twise before joining this company ......🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Pls don't ruin your life here in infra

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
