Like!!! There is nothing to like about the company. At time interview they tell many things that you will get to learn but all are lies they itself don't know anything about SEO.

They expect to handle 15 to 20 clients per employee and what is the salary criteria for SEO ROLE 2 LAKHS (16k per month) per annum which is not even 1 % what they get from clients . Management is worst.

Lots of things to learn for freshers. Communication, coordination and working flexibility is good.

Salary structure and appraisals should be discussed and provided according to annual terms and performances.

Nothing the Manager is very discouraging person here. Through his politics he has removed around 7 to 8 employees from seo role in 6 to 7months . Senior persons have full trust on th manager . ( Only for seo there is lot politics ).

I love working here, we have a chilled flexible environment, company policies are really good, team is great always willing to help, management is very friendly and positive towards your growth, job security is based on performance but it's very stable, I really like my boss he is very good and always willing to help and is always positive even during committing mistakes it's always said as "We" And is taken as a learning concept and is not thrown at u as a negative point.
