when contract with client ends you will loose your job. Don't fall in trap the client will make you permanent and if contract ends we will provide you employment after that. It has something called 2 months cooling period. After you unemployed for 2 months they will provide you interview with other client. No increment No bonus Any facility that client provides you will get that only, company don't provide any facility

...the team. No response for the mail communications even after multiple reminders. Not providing good compensation or benefits as per industry standards.

Well I personally don't like night shifts as all my sleep schedule gets disrupted but it totally depends on person to person. Salaries are average. Laptops they give to work at home are too slow. Specifications are really poor.
