It is a only U. S staffing company in jammu, it provides earning opportunities to local youngsters with sat and sun off (very rare in jammu).

Anyone without any recruitment exp (EVEN FRESHERS) but with good English com skills gets around 15000 rupees a month (with 2000 plus deduction related PF, EPIC.) In winter timing is 7:30 pm to 4:30 am (IST) in summer 6:30 pm to :3:30 am (office location is channi, jammu) With recruitment exp you may get a little more salary and yes manager will negotiate.with customer service exp you may also get a little more salary after negotiation....Read More

Well I personally don't like night shifts as all my sleep schedule gets disrupted but it totally depends on person to person. Salaries are average. Laptops they give to work at home are too slow. Specifications are really poor.
