There is inequality like for few people wfh is given for no reason,for few hybrid is given for no reason and if we question is it written in your offer letter?that’s the answer we hear but even for those people it is not mention for some.most importantly we weren’t aware of this can be done via offer letter. There is no rest room inside the floor or any other facility basic company carries.just kick started reconstruction but still no wfh is given. Our concerns are heard but never expect solutions. Leave policy is worst.just for sake of project I worked there.

it's really a good company and great place to work in your career starting days. You will get nice dinner daily, one way cab facility for general shift and both pickup & drop for 2 PM-11 PM shift. As it's a small organisation, we can get easy recognition if you perform well.

Dislikes

Alway there would be lot of risk involved in working for the small organisations when it comes to job security.

Good place for Freshers. Job security - they will remove you at anytime, doesn't matter how many years you have worked with them. Overall bad experience

I think they don't want to hire anyone or they are too lazy. I whatsapp one of the member but he replied only one time. I gave him my resume which included my details. After 2 days, again I did message to him, now he is not replying since 4 days. What a foolish person he is. Don't send any data to them. Its FAKE!!!

Too much lazyness of staff. Really they not caring. Just taking our data to Misuse!!

You'll learn a lot on daily basis. Since the company is still on developing stage you'll get new works in a regular basis.

Dislikes

Since the company is in developing stage, many works will be coming in short succession, which may lead to work load if you failed to balance and plan. Since it's small independent organization, your work or actions will reflect easily before everyone. So if on a bad day if you did something wrong or mistake within no time everybody in the organization will be aware of it.
