Hi All I have 2 offers in my hand with 12.15 fixed 86000 k as variable pay in hca And another offer with 12.54 fixed and 1 lakh 40 thousand as variable pay at Infosys What will be my in hand salary which company do need to choose please suggest as soon as possible

No work life balance and compensation if going bad year after year. If you are average performer which would 80% of the employees in Infosys your hike per year will be 1-2% and variables pay at just 70%.

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.
