Pune phase2 campus is very nice and worth visiting, Job security, WFH, Learning opportunities, Lex etc.

...hical, because based on individuals rating your upcoming hike has to be decided. if employee is working in a project and organization is performed well then employee deserved his variable pay(performance pay). 5.Delay in promotions. 6. They charged for every facility they provided, nothing comes for free. Be it Gym or Parking everything is chargeable.(600Rs per month for Car Parking). 7. You have to stay in campus for 9.25 Hrs, no matter if you have any work or not, no matter if you have finished your tasks, no matter if you are on bench and you don't have any desk to sit, you have to maintain avg 9.25 office hours monthly.

1. Hikes/ Promotions are very poor 2. Salary is below average compared to other organisations with similar experience and skills

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

not at all a good company, no good pay no recognition no benefits nothing for the employees, never they will value your efforts and work done , in my 8 years I have not got any good experience from infosys

Only the people, they are really working hard for too less

A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected
