don't like , too much work, no hike since 2 yrs, they put you in any technology, u have to work otherwise they will fire you.

They have their own rules for salary increment. since 2 years i did not get any hike. at the time of joining they said you have Permanent work from home and sent this in a email, but after 1 yr they said policy has been changed. you have to come office. it is very disturbing because every one plan according to that. They put you in any technology, u have to work otherwise they will fire you.

Getting exposure on skills when I was fresher

No work life balance Very Very Very less salary, no hike Even promotion will not give you much hike.. My salary was 23k in hand when I was fresher, now it's 32k after 4 years of experience.

...this one is that company where employees never want to switch it another one. 1. Hike/ salary + Benifits ( Cab Provides) 2. Promotions 3. Onsite opportunities need to increase and give a more feasibility to work with new technologies (I.e, if any employee are from the infrastructure and want to move with the development or ai then they can move easily) . I belive practical is the fastest way to learning anything without knowledge.

The freshers. They are talented people regardless of how much they know. They have a knack to learn, grow and get iut of there.

Dislikes

The company dosent reward based on indivisual performance of the employee. first 2 years would go in getting the salary that was promised to you at the time of joining. And there wont be any increments for first 3 years. Apart from the one i just mentioned. ITS NOT FOR FRESHERS.

The infrastructure is pretty good. Everything is handled through online portals.

Dislikes

Compensation is terrible. Managers have a habit of lying to employees and exploiting them as they get a small moneyary benefit based on how much the employees cost. So cheaper the workforce more money for top management.
