I didn't receive the expected salary. They treated senior and junior developers equally in terms of work. The workload is the same for freshers and experienced individuals, but there is a salary difference.

Work life balance is more inclined towards life and less towards work as billable projects are rare.

Salary is way less compared to market standards Promotion and hikes ensure peanuts No projects are available with good exposure or learning. Every 2nd person you talk to would be on bench for average 4 months

...ogrammer they will charge huge money frm client but they will pay only 6% of it. No hike getting same salary for last 3 years And they reduced my salary based on manager(Senior Project Manager )politics. Don't trust any one here

Salary Work is dependent on the project what you are getting. If they given you manual testing then it is so hard to change to automation unless you are good experienced with automation.
