There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent of 2yeras before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joines

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Infastracture is good also you will get time to learn some new skills.

Every thing is fine but only the thing salary, in Infosys salary is not enough, once you enter inside company don't expect much hike of salary.

Work culture and policies. Good work life balance if you are in a good project.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.
