The best part is the infrastructure and the intranet which has diverse requisition facilities. The facilities computers division are very prompt.

Dislikes

I work for a unit which has less revenue atleasr what my account managers say. So it comes down to my account and not infosys but still to be frank there is a terrible compensation here, bad work life balance, no opportunity to grow or liberty to change your technology so that you grow and help the same account,less leaves.

Getting exposure on skills when I was fresher

No work life balance Very Very Very less salary, no hike Even promotion will not give you much hike.. My salary was 23k in hand when I was fresher, now it's 32k after 4 years of experience.

People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus

.... I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .

On-time salary, no arguements for taking leaves. work life balance is fine. Can vary based on project.

very less chance for promotions, appraisals and everytime too much unnecessary deductions on variable pay.

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.
