Many of the things need to change, i.e. salary structure, transparency in rating and promotions. Company is more oriented to profit and business instead of employee satisfaction.

Salary hike and paying the %of our performance Bonus. Also getting a one plus rating is like we won't be able to get in anyway even after you do all desired work.

Likes

It provides self learning platform where employees can enroll for courses and learn new technology. There is job security as company has many projects and will engage employees into some project if they are released from one project. Also, Infosys takes care of its employees through group life and health insurance. Rs 50 lakh life insurance and min 4 lakh health insurance at very minimal or no cost.

Dislikes

The only drawback is its appraisal and compensation policy especially for employees above 5 yrs experience. The appraisal ratings are not done fairly. Company deliberately delays hike letters by a quarter atleast and the hikes given are disappointingly very less like 1-2%. However, it is good for employees in lower job levels.

On-time salary, no arguements for taking leaves. work life balance is fine. Can vary based on project.

Dislikes

very less chance for promotions, appraisals and everytime too much unnecessary deductions on variable pay.

Work culture and policies. Good work life balance if you are in a good project.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.
