Behavior of management team, salary increments in peanuts, learning about technology is absolutely nil, quality role is junk work, too much office politics, no proper performance review process it's manager dependant,

As of now it's only about the processes, there are a lot of processes and it's very confusing to know whom to contact for which. Even at the client side there are a ton of documentations and all.

No work life balance Very Very Very less salary, no hike Even promotion will not give you much hike.. My salary was 23k in hand when I was fresher, now it's 32k after 4 years of experience.

... on the project. Infosys works on faith, unnecessarily it won't take any action. Salary growth may be slow, but to learn there are many opportunities it will provide.

Timely increments and percentage of salary growth is less about 5 to 10% based on appraisal rating.
