Stuck at low salary
I have been working in the same company for more than 3 years with no hike. Got hike this year in single digit which is again frustrating. Earning 9.5lpa with 7.5years of experience chandigarh feels too low. Work is only of Manual Testing tied with the role of BA. Planning to move towards python automation but need to work from home due to family conditions. Please suggest are there any companies offering wfh with good salary hike and how can I increase my chance to get hike more than 80% if I m planning to switch within this year?

No promotion or hike for the first 3 years if you join as a fresher. Salary and promotions are rare and when it happens they don't provide efficient hikes.

Client is very supportive

Dislikes

Working from last 3 years but still no hike or no role change. Also after working hard and multiple appreciations from client manager gave bad rating. Infosys or there Managers don't value for their employees.

People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus

.... I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .

On-time salary, no arguements for taking leaves. work life balance is fine. Can vary based on project.
