1. Hybrid Work Culture 2. High salary in the WITCH Companies 3. Better Consultanting Roles if your okay with 9-9 timings 4. You can work any where in india infosys office if your project is acceptable 5. Job security is stable.

Dislikes

1. Deadline 2. Poor leadership and Managers 3. No proper learning tool (Lex is useless tool) it should have access for udemy, better platforms 4. Non aligned skillset. Ex:- if your role is Java developer but they have projects related data engineer you need to take up.

The salary structure has to be improved for the employees working for years and should move people from bench in great projects and work roles and proper updates and guidelines should be there

Job security, if you are at level 6 or more you will enjoy ( not if you are a Lead) project manager and above are having life jingala in infy( they do not need brains ) even a donkey/@$$ can be a project manager in infy

Salary, promotion, good hike, manager ( any project name starts with "toyota". ) Good for freshers and very bad for level 4 to level 6( lead).

Dislikes

Lowest salary in the Market. Little or no salary increment. Bad work life balance. They expect you to join calls after work hours, holiday and sometimes on your leave days. Onsite opportunity is a trap. Once you go onsite you are trapped. All the policies that Infosys have are just suggestions when you are onsite. No benefits. You won't get any compensation for working extra hours or night. You are expected to work on the very next day even if you work all night. Every projects would have more managers than developers.
